MEET THE FOUNDER
Kia Ora, I’m Leon Resnikov, a 24-year-old New Zealand-born Ukrainian Kiwi creative based in Aotearoa. I’ve spent over a decade behind the camera, working across fashion, weddings, lifestyle, food, commercial, real estate, and business photography. Alongside this, I studied film and business at Massey University, which has given me a deeper understanding of storytelling, production, and how visual content fits into broader brand strategy. This combination of experience and education allows me to adapt to any environment or brief with confidence and bring every creative vision to life.
After years of working as a solo creative, I realized that the work I wanted to make required more than just one perspective. That’s why I shifted my focus to building OBV, a creative media agency where I could collaborate with a select group of talented freelance creatives from across Aotearoa New Zealand. Together we produce bold, authentic visuals and bring ideas to life in ways that resonate deeply with audiences.
